All children are entitled to a free school lunch. Our School Meal Provider is Cleverchefs and there are 4 choices available every day for the children to choose from.

School meals are eaten in the school hall in two sittings.  Hot meals are prepared on-site in the kitchen or children may bring in their own packed lunch in a suitable box/bag that can be stored in the lunchbox trolley. You don’t have to stick to school meals or packed lunches, you can change daily.

Children are able to choose their Cleverchefs lunch choice during morning registration, or let their teacher know they have brought their own packed lunch.

If your child requires a special diet due to medical, religious or ethical reasons you are required to complete a Special Dietary Request form and return it to the school office. You may be required to make an appointment with Cleverchefs to discuss your child’s requirements in more detail.  This is not a form for fussy eaters, just for allergies or religious/ethical reasons.

Unfortunately, we cannot cater for likes or dislikes and whilst all children are encouraged to try all foods, they are not forced. If your child appears to be having difficulty with their food at midday we will let you know.

Due to Bank Holidays and Voting Days there have been a few amendments to the lunch menu because of the ordering and delivery of supplies.
